Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team immediately. Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Understand customer requirements and close sales over the phone
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and customer support
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements & Qualifications

Freshers or candidates with prior telesales experience
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality
Strong listening and persuasion skills
Dedicated, disciplined, and willing to work in a target-driven environment
Ability to join immediately
