• Define, execute, and communicate a compelling product strategy and roadmap for a core area of the business.
• Conduct continuous product discovery, using quantitative data, market analysis, and qualitative user research to identify impactful opportunities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from writing clear user stories and specifications to working closely with engineering for successful feature delivery.
• Define and relentlessly track key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure product success and iterate rapidly.
• Champion technical excellence by balancing short term feature needs with long term platform health and scalability.
• Work cross functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment and drive adoption of new products.

• 7+ years of professional experience in Product Management, ideally in a fast growing tech environment.
• Proven track record of defining and shipping impactful products that drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., growth, revenue, engagement).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of modern software development processes, technical feasibility, and architectural trade offs.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading cross functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Commitment to user obsession and employing continuous discovery practices.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory.
