Role Overview
You will be the technical champion for our clients' network infrastructures. Leveraging your networking and Linux expertise, you'll ensure each customer enjoys reliable, secure, and high performing network services. This is an ideal role for a mid level professional eager to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, startup setting.

• Customer Facing Design & Deployment - Design, configure, and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices in client environments.
• Troubleshooting & Support - Diagnose and resolve network issues quickly to keep client operations running smoothly.
• Linux Systems Management - Install, maintain, and support Linux based servers and services used by customers.
• Presales Collaboration - Work with the sales team on proposals, technical presentations, and solution scoping for prospective clients.
• Technical Guidance - Provide expert advice and mentorship to both customers and internal team members.
• Documentation - Produce clear, concise network diagrams, configuration records, and standard operating procedures for each client.
• Continuous Learning - Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend optimal solutions.

• Experience: 4-6 years as a Network and Systems Engineer or a closely related role
• Networking Knowledge: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, QoS, and security fundamentals
• Hands-On Skills: Practical experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs in customer environments
• Linux Proficiency: Comfortable with Linux administration, shell scripting, and common services (e.g., DNS, DHCP, web servers)
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex issues and devise effective, timely solutions
• Communication: Excellent English (written & verbal) for client interaction and documentation
• Presales (Optional): Experience supporting sales cycles is a plus but not mandatory
