A 400+ bed hospital in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona is adding a BE/BC Neurosurgeon to a highly resourced, multidisciplinary team.

This is a spine-focused opportunity with strong support, predictable structure, and proven high-end earning potential.

Opportunity Highlights:
• Join 8 Neurosurgeons, 7 Neurologists, and experienced APPs
• $1.1M base salary with additional trauma call pay (total potential up to $1.3M)
• Trauma call 4-7 days per month
• 2-3 OR days and 1-2 clinic days weekly
• Clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day
• Spine-focused practice
