Position Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible Schedule: One On/One Off or Two Weeks On/Two Weeks Off!
- Opportunity to Commute or Live in Town
- Desirable Practice Setting: Critical Access Hospital
- Ideal Work Environment: Two Days of Clinic, 15 PPD, and Two Days of Surgery, 5-8 Cases Per Day
- CRNA and RN Support, Call Only on Weeknights
Compensation & Benefits
- $415,000 Year One
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000 - $ 340,000 (Depending on Experience) for Two Weeks Coverage
- Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
- Production Bonus: $25,000 Production
- Student Loan Assistance: $125k Per Year!
- Paid Time Off: 30, Plus More Holidays, & CME
- Open to W2 or1099 Options
Qualifications
- Certifications: BC or BE in General Surgery
- Experience: In-practice
- Scopes are required
