We combine strong sales performance with AI-driven recruiting, automation, CRM excellence and a modern partner mindset. We are looking for people based in Dubai, but 100 percent remote is also possible (DE/AT/CH or global).
Your Role:- Run your own 360 desk for the German-speaking market
- Build and manage clients from startups to global corporations
- Own the full recruitment cycle end to end
- Advise C-level leaders and drive strategic deals
- Uncapped commission model
- Dubai-based or 100% remote
- Professional onboarding and daily sparring with top performers
