Role DescriptionFull time, on site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves advising clients on real estate investments, developing customized property strategies, and managing clients' property portfolios. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, conducting market research, showcasing properties, negotiating sales, and providing exceptional customer support. The Senior Property Consultant will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver client focused solutions.
Qualifications- Expertise in consulting and real estate market trends with the ability to advise on property investments and portfolio management.
- Strong sales skills with experience in negotiation and client acquisition.
- Proficient in communication and customer service to effectively engage and build trust with clients.
- Experience in the UAE real estate market is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to develop strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Self motivated and result driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
