We are looking for a Senior Marketing Technology & Data Analytics professional who will own our marketing data infrastructure, analytics stack, and attribution framework across multiple platforms. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, data engineering, and business intelligence, ensuring leadership has accurate, actionable insights to drive growth.
You will be responsible for tracking architecture, integrations, dashboards, attribution models, and data accuracy across paid media, product, and CRM systems.
This is a hands-on senior role with strategic ownership.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Analytics & Measurement- Own end-to-end marketing analytics using GA4, including events, conversions, funnels, and custom dimensions
- Design and maintain audience segmentation across GA4, ad platforms, and internal tools
- Build and manage attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch, blended)
- Ensure accurate tracking of user journeys across web, app, and marketing touchpoints
- Build executive-level and operational dashboards using Power BI (and/or similar BI tools)
- Translate raw marketing and product data into clear, decision-ready insights
- Maintain consistent KPI definitions across teams (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, funnel drop-offs)
- Support forecasting, cohort analysis, and performance trend analysis
- Implement and maintain integrations with:
- Google Ads (GTM, conversion tracking, enhanced conversions)
- TikTok Pixel & Events API
- Meta Pixel & CAPI
- Hotjar / heatmaps / session recording tools
- CRM, email platforms, and internal systems
- Manage server-side tracking where applicable
- Ensure data integrity across multiple third-party platforms
- Act as the owner of the marketing technology ecosystem
- Evaluate, onboard, and integrate new analytics and data tools when needed
- Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align tracking and data flows
- Maintain documentation for events, integrations, and analytics logic
- Proactively identify tracking gaps, discrepancies, and data inconsistencies
- Set best practices for data hygiene, naming conventions, and event taxonomy
- Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, and tracking regulations where applicable
- 6+ years experience in marketing analytics, martech, or data analytics
- Deep hands-on experience with GA4
- Strong understanding of pixels, tags, events, and conversion tracking
- Experience integrating multiple third-party tools (ads, analytics, UX tools, CRM)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Experience with server-side tracking (GTM Server, APIs, CAPI)
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or data warehouses
- Experience in high-growth digital businesses (fintech, trading, SaaS, e-commerce)
- Knowledge of A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks
