We are looking for an experienced highly motivated Client Acquisition Specialist with a strong command of the Dubai financial market and proven knowledge in handling HNI clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and managing key client relationships while providing them with superior investment advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, connect with, and onboard High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the UAE, especially Dubai.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by offering personalized wealth management services.
  • Provide financial planning, investment advisory, and portfolio management services tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, investment instruments, and regulatory changes to recommend suitable products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategic client acquisition initiatives.
  • Represent Oceano Apex LLC at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure all client interactions comply with local financial regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (CFA, CFP is a plus).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles (fresher can also apply).
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HNI clients in the UAE.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with a growth mindset.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
