Job Overview

To manage the complete automotive retail sales cycle, from lead generation and showroom engagement to vehicle delivery and post-sales support. The role emphasizes retail showroom sales, direct customer interaction, and relationship-building, while supporting automotive import, export, and trading operations where required to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end retail automotive sales including walk-in customers, digital leads, test drives, bookings, vehicle delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Deliver an exceptional showroom experience through professional product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drive coordination.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options, variants, financing, and insurance solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, offers, and payment terms in line with company policies to close retail sales.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, transparent processes, and post-delivery engagement.
Automotive Import, Export & Trading Support
  • Support B2C sales involving imported vehicles by coordinating availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal trading and sourcing teams to confirm vehicle specifications, pricing, and stock status.
  • Assist in managing documentation related to imported vehicles, including invoices, shipping details, and compliance records.
  • Collaborate with international suppliers and trading teams (including China business partners) for vehicle sourcing and pricing alignment when required.
Documentation, Finance & Compliance
  • Manage all pre-delivery retail documentation to ensure smooth and timely vehicle handovers.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of sales contracts, customer KYC documents, and regulatory paperwork.
  • Liaise with banks and finance partners to process customer auto loans, approvals, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate motor insurance documentation, verification, and policy issuance.
  • Oversee payment collection, receipt confirmation, and reconciliation in coordination with the finance team.
  • Identify and resolve documentation or approval issues to avoid delays in vehicle delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on B2C automotive retail sales experience, preferably in a showroom or dealership environment.
  • Proven experience handling walk-in customers, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
  • Exposure to selling imported vehicles or working with trading/sourcing teams is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Sales or Automotive Retail Certification is an advantage.
  • Strong customer-facing and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail showroom environment.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams including logistics, finance, operations, and trading.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital lead management tools.
