Provisioning Representative

Your main focus will be on validating, approving, and provisioning sales orders for mobile services across our preferred networks and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

Processing mobile connection requests for all networks, including new connections, ports, upgrades, and tariff changes, to support our Sales Team
Managing and delivering customer orders in a accurate and timely manner communicating with the customer through the journey.
Collaborating closely with Sales and Sales Support teams to meet sales order and connection requirements.
Acting as the link between the company and external providers to ensure customer orders are provisioned successfully and products/services are completed seamlessly.
Engage with customers via phone and other communication channels to address inquiries and provide information.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring all customer interactions are documented appropriately.
Demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
