Role Description

This is a full time on site role located in Dubai for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property purchases, providing market insights, and assisting in sales transactions. With a focus on long term client relationships and outstanding customer service, we support our agents through strong management, administration, and marketing teams - ensuring they have the insights, leads, and opportunities to succeed in their role.

  • Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, portals, and networking.
  • Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
  • Conduct market appraisals for listings - arrange property tours, presentations, and site visits.
  • Collect information about a property and arrange for the appropriate marketing material to be created.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with buyers, landlords, and developers.
  • Close deals while ensuring all documents as per local laws are compliant.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency.
  • Keep record of properties, clients, and owners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Advise clients on investments, returns, and market insights.
  • Deliver excellent service to secure repeat business and referrals.
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in UAE Real Estate sales for minimum of 1 year.
  • Current resident of UAE.
  • UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
  • Professional appearance and client focused attitude.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and property values.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong interest in building a career in Dubai's real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets.
  • Proven track record of closing deals is an advantage and will increase rewards.
  • Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
