Now Hiring: Project Manager - Luxury Fit-Out (Dubai)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Luxury Fit-Out to lead the delivery of high-end residential and luxury villa projects in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional quality, precise execution, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead luxury fit-out projects from mobilization to handover and final account closure
- Manage programme, cost, quality, resources, and stakeholder coordination
- Oversee high-end finishes including marble, stone, bespoke joinery, decorative ceilings, and specialty works
- Coordinate architectural works with complex MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, ELV, AV, smart systems)
- Drive cost control, variations, subcontractor management, and progress certifications
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Lead site teams and promote a quality-driven, detail-focused site culture
- Manage snagging, handover documentation, and close-out deliverables
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in luxury interior fit-out projects, with a proven track record in delivering luxury villas, high-end residential, and premium hospitality projects in Dubai.
- Proven background with Tier 1 Fit-Out Contractors, PMC, or Client-side teams
- Strong experience in commercial and contractual management, including budget control, cost forecasting, variation management, subcontractor procurement, and progress payment certification
- Strong expertise in high-end finishes, bespoke works, and fast-track luxury projectsSolid commercial, contractual, and cost management experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; Primavera/MS Project is a plus
