Position Description 
Reports to: Project Manager / General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Make the plan for site mobilization, initial construction planning, site mobilization and resource planning.
- Make detailed BOQ, prepare material & drawing submittal logs, procurement schedule and obtain approvals from consultants.
- Submit shop drawings, material submittals, technical submittals and get the same approved from consultants and clients.
- Prepare project scheduling, allocation of works to various teams, labor groups & subcontractors.
- Conduct daily, weekly meetings with staff, suppliers, subcontractors.
- Monitor the works at site and execute as per approved method statement, drawings and as per main contractor's requirement.
- Make quality and safety plan and ensure implementation.
- Avoid occurrence of site instructions and non conformance reports and close the same if any immediately.
- Make billing schedule and collection of payments from clients.
- Maintain the profitability of the company and company's overall image in good shape.
- Assist other departments for technical support.
- Manage worker distributions and utilization at various sites.
- Manage worker performance, skill utilization based on requirement of works.
- Keep control on all resources, tools, material storage, management of consumables.
- Coordinate with transport arrangement for proper allocation of transports and vehicles.
Knowledge/Skills/Ability:
- Min 3 5 years of experience in MEP, HVAC projects.
- Good analytics, Excel skills and communication skills.
- Must be a good planner and have proven skills to work out best project execution methods.
- Must be goal oriented, self starting, energetic, genuine empathy for customers and willingness to help others.
