Job Title: Network Security Engineer - Fortinet

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site)

We are hiring a Network Security Engineer with strong hands on experience in Fortinet security solutions to support enterprise and mission critical environments. The role requires practical deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support of Fortinet products in live production networks. This position is on site in Abu Dhabi and is intended for engineers with real world security operations experience.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Fortinet security solutions in enterprise environments
• Implement and manage firewall policies, VPNs, routing, and security services
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents across multiple environments
• Analyze logs, traffic flows, and security events to identify and resolve issues
• Work closely with internal teams and customers during implementation and support phases
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and handover reports

Candidates must have hands on experience with at least three (3) of the following Fortinet products:

• FortiGate
• FortiMail
• FortiSandbox
• FortiManager
• FortiAnalyzer

• Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts
• Hands on experience with BGP
• Solid knowledge of email protocols: SMTP & SMTPS
• Experience with NAT, VPNs (IPsec / SSL), and security policy design

• Proven experience working in enterprise, service provider, or managed security environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under operational pressure
• Good communication and documentation skills

• Fortinet NSE 4 / NSE 5 / NSE 6
• Additional network or security certifications are an advantage
