Club Sapphire is arguably the region's premier hospitality and entertainment venue. Situated in the heart of Merimbula, the venue offers a great light-filled bistro, regular high-class entertainment, multiple function rooms, and a world-class all-weather bowls facility. There's also the upbeat & chic Kitty's bar offering quality Pan-Asian cuisine and fine beverages, and Seaside Health Club which provides 24/7 access and personally tailored programs. Job DescriptionW ork as part of the Kitty's team to provide engaged and informed bar service to customers, together with participation in food ordering/advice and delivery as required. You'll also oversee or contribute to opening and closing procedures, housekeeping, stocking and all those ancillary, behind-the-scenes tasks that combine to provide a high-quality customer experience. This role can be casual or PPT, offers a competitive wage and excellent benefits including split shift payments, free gym membership, 50%+ meal discounts and the ability to salary package up to $15,000 p.a. into your rent or mortgage.
Desired Skills and ExperienceKey requirements for this role include a fun yet professional approach with customers and colleagues, and the ability to maintain a calm manner when under pressure. You'll need a sound knowledge across all beverage offerings, with a focus on cocktails, wines and spirits, and be available to work days and/or evenings ideally from Wedn - Sun.
