As a key partner of premium hospitality and gastronomy players in the tourism hubs such as Paris, London, Dubai, Shanghai, Geneva, Marrakesh, Montreal, etc, BE WTR is also a member of 1% for the Planet and B Corp certified. In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the brand development in the UAE and support our commercial teams.

This person will integrate an ambitious and engaged team, reporting to UAE Managing Director and to the group Chief Marketing & Sustainability Officer.

YOUR MISSION UAE Brand & Marketing Strategy

• Together with MD and CMSO define the local strategy to position BE WTR as the best premium & sustainable water
• Lead and manage the external partners to support and deploy the strategy
• Manage the marketing budget, track performance, recommend corrective actions and deploy them
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and relevant sustainability and hospitality news

Demand Generation

• In coordination with central team, develop and execute demand generation campaigns to secure right leads at the best cost of recruitment

Brand Activation & Events

• Make BE WTR visible, desirable, and flawlessly executed at events, partnerships, and client activations
• Identify, secure, and manage event and sponsorship opportunities aligned with our positioning
• Coordinate end-to-end event execution: logistics, setup, on-site presence, follow-up

Digital & Content

• Mirror local success stories through compelling social media content
• Create and coordinate: Event recaps / Customer testimonials / Interviews / Short-form video and photo content
• Collaborate closely with HQ Social Media Manager
• Produce articles, white papers, and newsletter content focused on Gastronomy & hospitality / Home consumption / Sustainability & premium water trends in the UAE

Partnerships & Influencers

• Proactively identify strategic partners, influencers, and content creators
• Develop authentic collaborations where BE WTR is the premium sustainable water partner
• Identify and manage local 1% for the planet partnerships

Commercial Support

• Support demand generation initiatives linked to key accounts and luxury hospitality
• Ensure brand activations translate into sales impact and customer experience excellence

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of professional experience in leading brands marketing, brand activation, or PR
• Higher education in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Strong understanding of luxury, F&B, hospitality, and brand experience
• Experience managing agencies, events, and partnership
• Photo and video editing software experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc) for social media
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Google Suite and Canva, knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Strong can do attitude - solutions over excuses
• Organised, agile, and rigorous - even under pressure
• Entrepreneurial spirit - you want to grow with the company, not just have a title
• Creative and curious and comfortable juggling multiple projects
• You don't mind hands on execution and are fine with carrying boxes or setting up event booths when needed
• Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages a plus
