Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on site role for a Marketing Director based in Dubai. The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include developing and managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, collaborating with sales teams to align goals, overseeing marketing budgets, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also involves optimizing brand visibility and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while driving marketing innovation.
Qualifications- Expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and formulating comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong skills in Market Research, including analytics and tracking market trends.
- Hands on experience in Marketing and Sales alignment to support business growth initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and track campaign performance.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a strategic and innovative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
