Kitchen Equipment Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment in a fast-paced food service environment.

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, dishwashers, etc.).
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Maintain service records and report recurring technical issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams and external vendors when required.

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Experience working with commercial kitchen appliances.
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to emergencies.
• Relevant technical certification is an advantage.
