You ll be responsible for achieving market performance objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, and overseeing the financial growth and P&L of your centers. This role balances clinical leadership and direct patient care as a Primary Care Physician (PCP), with a key focus on mentoring, developing, and leading your team to deliver exceptional care.
