About the RoleWe are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR Executive to join our HR team at the Dubai Head Office.
Responsibilities- Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on HR experience in GCC countries
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR policies, and best HR practices
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Hands on experience in onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Ability to manage day to day HR operations, employee records, leave management, and compliance activities
- Experience in supporting performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes
- Ability to manage HR operations independently and coordinate with site teams and management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS / ERP systems is an added advantage
- Immediate joiner preferred (maximum notice period: 20 days)
- Experience Required: 4 to 6 years (GCC experience is mandatory)
- Joining Time: Immediate to a maximum of 15-20 days
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws
- End-to-end recruitment experience

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with HRMS / ERP systems
