The GX & Wellness Manager oversees all group classes and studio operations at FITCODE. This role manages scheduling, instructor performance, studio standards, and overall program quality. The GX & Wellness Manager is responsible for ensuring an engaging, high quality class experience, supervising studio staff, and supporting the club's broader operational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, update, and manage the group exercise timetable.
- Lead, train, and supervise studio service staff and instructors.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional member experience.
- Maintain high standards of class delivery, studio cleanliness, and safety.
- Oversee reporting, administration, and staffing requirements.
- Motivate and support the team in continuous learning and performance improvement.
- Plan and execute group exercise events to drive member engagement.
- Manage studio maintenance and follow up on issues.
- Ensure compliance with all HR, health, and safety policies.
