Field Sales Representative - Automotive SaaS Solutions Bayanat Smart Systems UAE (Dubai / RAK / )

Bayanat Smart Systems is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative with a strong network in the automotive maintenance sector. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional who enjoys active field work, visiting workshops, presenting digital solutions, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients and conduct field visits to workshops, car care centers, distributors, and insurance companies.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demos, emphasizing the business value of our SaaS solutions.
  • Close deals and coordinate smooth handover with support and onboarding teams.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Record activities, leads, and progress using CRM tools.
  • Foster strong post sales relationships and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the product.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SaaS sales.
  • Valid UAE residency / work permit.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Strong command of English and Urdu (spoken and written).
  • Established network or demonstrable experience with automotive workshops, car care centers, or insurance companies.
  • Understanding of applications, software solutions, and SaaS concepts.
  • Experience in B2B field sales with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and meet KPIs in a field oriented role.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have):
  • Experience in automotive spare parts or aftersales services.
  • Familiarity with workshop management systems or fleet solutions.
Compensation:
  • Monthly commissions based on closed deals
  • Additional incentives for achieving quarterly targets
