About Flight RiskFlight Risk is a growing electric mobility brand specialising in e-bikes and lifestyle products. We operate from a warehouse showroom in Dubai and focus on delivering a premium, friendly customer experience.
The RoleWe are looking for a Female Sales Associate to join our team in a customer-facing showroom role. This position involves working directly with customers, assisting with product selection, and closing sales in a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Explain e bike features and accessories clearly
- Convert walk in and online enquiries into sales
- Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries
- Maintain a clean and organised showroom
- Support basic admin and sales follow ups
- Full-time, on-site
- 6 days per week (1 day off)
- 8 hour shifts on a rotating roster
- Business hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Previous retail or showroom sales experience preferred
- Confident, friendly, and well presented
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
