Marketing ExecutiveWe are seeking a dynamic and results driven Marketing Executive to generate high quality leads for our ELV solutions through a blend of digital marketing strategies and proactive cold calling. This role will drive business growth in the tech sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients in hospitality, commercial, and government sectors through targeted digital campaigns and outbound cold calling.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute online marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, content creation) to attract and nurture leads.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct high volume cold calls, build rapport, and schedule meetings or demos to showcase Smart Link's offerings.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and target markets in the UAE and GCC to refine tactics and identify new opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Track and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Reporting: Monitor key metrics (lead volume, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness) and provide regular reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and cold calling, preferably in tech, ELV, or B2B services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging prospects over phone and in writing.
- Results oriented with a hunter mentality for acquisition.
- Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market in hospitality, commercial, or government sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
