We are currently recruiting for a freelancing candidate to do IT Support at our customer in Abu Dhabi.
This is a freelance position, and to be paid in USD per ticket / hours / days worked.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting the customers' desktop or laptop computer, and also for resolving our customers' technical issues.
This is onsite support (not remote) and will need to be done during working hours at the customer premises in Al Ain.
Responsibilities- Reproduce customer environment and run tests
- Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
- Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware as well as basic network troubleshooting.
- Local nationality or authorisation to work in UAE
- 3+ years' of technical support experience
- Must live in or close to Abu Dhabi
- Customer service oriented
- Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
