Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule appointments and update patient information
Verify basic information and route calls/messages appropriately
Provide professional, compassionate customer support
Maintain accurate records and follow HIPAA guidelines

Hours:

MondayFriday
Daytime business hours (Full-time or Part-time options may be available)
