We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the team at TAMA Supper Club, our premium dining venue. This role is ideal for a driven culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen and is committed to delivering outstanding dishes with consistency and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior chefs with daily operations, stock control, and menu development using seasonal, local produce
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard across all sections
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while upholding food safety and hygiene standards
- Lead by example and support junior kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen equipment and safety protocols are maintained to the highest standards
- Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar high-volume, high-quality kitchen
- Demonstrated passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive, growth-focused mindset
- High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
