The Role
We are seeking motivated and people-focused Career & Education Advisors to join our growing call centre team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful conversations, building rapport, and guiding job seekers toward the right education and career pathways.
You will be speaking with warm leads from - job seekers across Australia who have expressed interest in employment. Full training and scripts are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads from the ViewJobs database
- Engage with prospective students across Australia
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable study pathways
- Promote a range of education options, including:
- MBA and postgraduate qualifications
- Bachelor degrees
- Certificate and vocational courses
- Clearly explain course structures, benefits and career outcomes
- Support students through the enquiry and enrolment process
- Accurately update CRM records and call outcomes
- Work towards daily and monthly call and conversion targets
What We're Looking For
- Confident, professional and friendly phone manner
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales, call centre, education or customer service (preferred)
- Ability to follow scripts while remaining consultative and authentic
- Self-motivated, target-driven and organised
