This Level 2 trauma facility is recognized for its comprehensive cardiac care program and advanced medical services. The hospital features state-of-the-art technology and provides a collaborative work environment with a focus on quality patient care and professional development.
Opportunity: ABIM Certified - Cardiology
Job Details:
- Non-invasive Cardiologist Hospitalist position
- Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off, 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)
- Shift change starts Monday 7pm, signs out following Monday at 7am
- Responsibilities include TEE, evening TEE, night TEE call, and hospital rounding
- Supervise Nuclear Cardiology services
- Average 15-19 patient encounters per shift
- Preferred experience in inpatient cardiology, ICU, echocardiography, TEE, and nuclear cardiology
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Opportunity begins late August
- Locum-to-perm opportunity (priority given to candidates interested in permanent positions)
- No Echo, Nuclear, or EKG reading responsibilities
- No APP supervision or support
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
