Shifts: You must be able to work any of the shifts below.
- Night shift 7PM-7AM
- Day Shift 7AM-7PM
- Split Shift (2) day & (2) nights
Join Smurfit WestRock as a Bander Operator, where you'll play a key role in securing finished products for shipment. You'll operate banding equipment, ensure quality standards, and help keep production moving efficiently.
What You'll Do- Operate banding machines to strap and secure corrugated or paperboard products.
- Inspect bundles for proper alignment, band tension, and labeling.
- Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
