Applied AI Engineer - Dubai New Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Remote)

• Partner with customers to design, develop and deploy impactful Gen AI and machine learning solutions-from scoping and data exploration to model development and production.
• Implement state of the art AI systems such as retrieval augmented generation, fine tuning pipelines, prompt engineering recipes and agentic workflows.
• Create augmented datasets and evaluation workflows to ensure model reliability, transparency and stakeholder trust.
• Build and nurture relationships with customer leadership to coordinate project delivery and promote Snorkel Flow usage.
• Collaborate with pre sales, solutions and product teams to map customer needs to existing capabilities, prioritize roadmap gaps and guide project setup.
• Standardize solutions across Applied AI Engineers and contribute to internal tooling and best practices.
• Educate stakeholders on quantitative capabilities, best practice approaches and optimal problem fits.
• Advocate for customers' needs in new AI paradigms and convey this feedback to product teams.
• Conduct enablement workshops for customers via one to one or one to many sessions.
• Travel up to 25% annually to support client engagements.

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a comparable field.
• 3+ years of customer facing experience building AI/ML solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience in modern libraries (pydantic, mypy, pytest, poetry, FastAPI, msgspec, Ray, Airflow).
• Expertise across the Applied AI stack, including scikit learn, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, FAISS, pandas, Spark, Chroma, Weaviate, LlamaIndex, LangGraph and CrewAI.
• Track record of leading strategic, customer facing initiatives that drive business outcomes.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while balancing multiple projects.

All offers include base salary, variable compensation and equity via employee stock options. Compensation ranges are determined by role, level and location; individual pay is based on experience, skills and location.
