We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Laboratory Technician - Fragrance, where you will play a key role in preparing and evaluating fragranced consumer product applications, supporting perfumery development and client briefs across fine fragrance, fabric care, home care, and personal care.

Reporting directly to the Application Laboratory Manager, you will independently handle application preparation, stability and compatibility testing, and day to day laboratory operations, ensuring high quality results aligned with client and regional market requirements.

Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare fragranced samples, bases, and finished products according to formulations and SOPs.
  • Conduct application and stability tests, monitor samples, and record observations accurately.
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability of all samples.
  • Analyze stability results, report findings proactively, and support client evaluations.
  • Maintain lab cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Application Lab Manager to meet project timelines and operational needs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of relevant application lab experience.
  • Strong familiarity with consumer product matrices and stability testing.
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent, high quality application and stability results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
