Opening Overview:
- Schedule: 7a-4p
- Call Requirement: 1:6 rotation, light volume
- Daily Volume: 24-35 patients
- Required Procedures: Nerve blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, epidurals, trigger point injections, facet injections, spinal cord stimulators, and peripheral nerve stimulators
- Support Staff: PAs, MAs, PTs, and full office support
- EMR: Home-Grown
- Must be board-certified
